Ecoosi flexible ducting hose---Anti-static chemical-resistant ducting hose is designed for conveying gas, dust, powder, and fiber. This chemical-resistant flexible ducting hose is used for transferring hot air and chemical fumes, removing industrial dust, and suctioning in the chemical industry. Our anti-static flexible ducting hose is made with an inner PTFE foil electroconductive coated polyester fabric and a zinc-plated steel slice, making it extremely abrasion-resistant due to its external clamped profile.
Anti-static chemical-resistant ducting hose offers superior chemical resistance and anti-static qualities, making it ideal for the harshest conditions. An anti-static ducting hose generally consists of two parts. The first part is the base of the ducting hose, typically made of PTFE fabric material. The PTFE is then coated onto the ducting hose, sealing the fabric and creating a highly chemical-resistant lining. Normally, a zinc-plated steel slice is used as the “backbone” of the flex hose, which also reduces kinking when the duct hose is flexed. Therefore, a flexible ducting hose behaves like a fabric duct hose while offering excellent chemical resistance.
Ecoosi's anti-static chemical-resistant flexible ducting hose has excellent resistance to alkalis and acids. It is also a high-temperature flexible ducting hose, as it can handle working temperatures up to 260℃. Our ducting hose is highly adaptable, compressible, and resistant to UV and ozone. This anti-static ducting hose has a surface resistance of RO < 10^6 Ohm.
Ecoosi's anti-static chemical-resistant ducting hose comes in a standard length of 10 meters for each piece. This flex duct hose size ranges from 51mm to 1000mm. This ducting hose could handle a working temperature range from -70℃ to +260℃.
