Ecoosi flexible duct hose -Heavy Duty PU Hose With Smooth Interior is a flexible polyurethane ducting designed for suction and conveying, especially suitable for roof sand and gravel discharge, underground filling, vehicle suction and conveying, and sanitation vehicle vacuuming.

High wear protection, with lower reinforcement wire (wear resistance 6 times higher than most rubber materials and 5 times higher than soft PVC); smooth interior for smoother material movement, lightweight and telescopic properties, improved pressure and vacuum resistance, high tensile strength, and tear strength. Complies with DIN 53516 and GB 9867 standards.

Good mineral oil resistance, good chemical resistance, good UV and ozone resistance, small bending radius, not easy to kink, no softener and halogen, no gas and liquid leakage, grounding through the spiral wire to discharge static electricity.

Helical elastic steel wire is firmly implanted in the wall of the hose to optimize the external fluidity. This PU flexible hose is made of special polyether-polyurethane material with elastic steel wire;

Temperature range: -40°C to +100°C, briefly up to +125°C.
